Oh How Sweet it is
Who doesn’t crave something sweet? Especially when you’re on a diet. Switching to sugar-free desserts can be a beneficial choice for those looking to reduce their sugar intake and maintain a healthier lifestyle. Sugar-free desserts can help in managing blood sugar levels, reducing the risk of diabetes, and promoting weight loss. There are keto/low carb desserts options available here that are ready to eat, and I’m adding some that you have to semi make. My go to for dessert will always and forever be ice cream, and these low carb options are so creamy and decadent it won’t even feel or taste like a substitute. Enlightened and Halo Top are my top favorites if you want that traditional creamy ice cream taste, just add some sugar free chocolate sauce and whipped cream for an amazing sundae! Want something cool and refreshing? These Popsicle fruit pops are an easy grab and go option.

Sweets are my weakness, and I for one will always always find the time to bake something delicious. These Duncan Hines desserts are easy to make, just add water, eggs, & choice of fat (oil or melted butter). There ready in minutes and taste delicious, they even have frostings available to top your low carb dessert. The chocolate chip cookies are a great way to add a sweet treat that you can portion out so you don’t over indulge. The blueberry muffins make breakfast time fast and easy, make them the night before and enjoy it with some coffee. If your not sharing, they do have an individual dessert cups you can microwave, just add melted butter! These are perfect for that after dinner dessert craving when you need to have something sweet. Just by making the switch to low carb desserts, you can still enjoy sweet treats without compromising your health goals.
