Breakfast is a must have staple that shouldn’t be a hassle. One of the things I’ve missed the most was cereal! There are different brands out there, I say try them all and see what favorites you find. These are my top favorite cereals that I keep stocked up for when that craving hits. I’ve also included some low carb milk options that you can enjoy with that cereal or even by themselves. I love coffee and struggled to find options to add in my coffee when I began my journey. No matter if my coffee was hot or iced, I couldn’t drink it straight black.
